Make an impact in the energy transition as Trading Support and Operations Specialist
Are you passionate about logistics planning and intrigued by the dynamic world of trading support? At FincoEnergies in Rotterdam, we are looking for a driven Supply & Trading Operations Specialist who combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on mindset. In this versatile role, you will support our Supply and Trading teams, ensuring smooth coordination, planning, and administrative execution. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating the energy transition.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain and accurately update our ETRM system (Allegro) daily.
Monitor and reconcile stock levels; ensure timely availability across depots and ships.
Support traders by tracking physical contracts and signalling any changes in exposure.
Coordinate vessel schedules, shipping documents, and communication with terminals and depots.
Ensure smooth execution by liaising with suppliers, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring as a Front Runner
A completed MBO+ degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or a comparable field.
2–5 years of experience in a similar logistics and/or trading support role.
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
Experience with Allegro is a strong advantage; proficiency in Excel is essential (Exact is a plus).
You have a commercial and analytical mindset, driven by curiosity and purpose.
