As a Commercial Support professional at FincoEnergies, you will play a crucial role in assisting the commercial and trading team of the International Marine division with the smooth execution of our trading and sales activities related to (bio)fuels, ensuring seamless operations that support our mission toward a low-carbon energy transition. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with the commercial team, traders and our customers, handling critical tasks on a timely basis, such as entering bunker sales, checking customer insurance limits and managing invoicing processes.
Your responsibilities as a Commercial Support
- Maintaining and updating trading systems, specifically Allegro, Dynamics and other applications, while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitoring and updating EFP deals and market prices
- Handling incoming and outgoing invoices, deal confirmations and contracts.
- Communicating with commercials and trading teams to capture bunker sales in the system.
- Sending purchase and/or sales confirmations, checking customers' insurance limits, and handling invoices.
- Keeping track of NDAs.
- You will primarily work internally, with 80% of your role focused on administrative and supportive tasks.
Your Talents
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload.
- A keen eye for detail, especially when working with data and numbers and Excel.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and can handle complex challenges with creativity and initiative.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, building strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
As our new Front Runner you bring
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level.
- 1-3 years of work experience in a support or administrative role; experience in trading systems like Allegro and Dynamics is beneficial.
- Medium to advanced Excel skills. Experience in data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive attitude for process improvement.
