We’re now looking for a passionate and proactive Sales Officer to join our growing and ambitious Carbon Management division. As part of the commercial team, your role will be dynamic and impactful, supporting customers in decarbonising their transport-related carbon emissions.

As a Sales Officer, you will work directly with customers to decarbonize their transport-related emissions, using our cutting-edge tools like the Decarb Desk. In this dynamic role, you’ll be part of an international team of changemakers, working in a flexible and collaborative environment with opportunities for personal growth.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Officer

  • Support sales processes by managing order processing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insetting certificates – which are generated internally to decarbonise road and marine transportation;

  • Organize and maintain accurate records of customer contracts, correspondence, and documentation;

  • Support the preparation of presentations and materials for market-related activities;

  • Be the key user of the Decarb Desk, representing the commercial team and enhancing user experience;

  • Contribute to improving processes, creating dashboards & reports through our CRM system, and driving customer satisfaction;

  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless customer service. Collaborate with a vibrant team to optimize workflows and elevate service levels;

  • Represent FincoEnergies at selected industry events & fairs.

  • Comfortable in a highly interactive team setting and a contributor to the team atmosphere;

  • Strong analytical skills to identify solutions.

As a Front Runner you bring

  • Associate or bachelor's level education;

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support or SaaS roles;

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English;

  • Proficient in working with databases and the full MSOffice suite;

  • An interest in the energy transition and sustainability.

  • Bonus points if you’ve experience with CRMs, voluntary carbon markets, or digital process optimization before!
