We are now looking for a passionate and proactive  Product Specialist (GoodShipping) to join our growing and ambitious Carbon Management division. Where we interact with customers to decarbonise their transport related carbon emissions. You will be working closely with the product manager and cross-functional teams to support the development and management of our GoodShipping inset products for Ocean, Road, Inland Waterways and Air transportation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the field of product management with a truly sustainable product decarbonising the transportation industry.


Your responsibilities as a Product Specialist

As part of the product management team, your role will be dynamic and impactful. You will:

  • Keep up to date with advancements in decarbonising the transportation industry focused on energy solutions and Bool&Claim methodologies.

  • Ensure our insetting products adhere to high-quality standards, supporting sustainability goals and maintaining reliability.

  • Lead the monthly environmental audits in collaboration with multiple departments.

  • Co-develop new products and services in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring they align with customer needs and market trends.

  • Liaise with commercial and digital teams to ensure seamless product offerings, identify opportunities, and lead digital developments to deliver continuous improvements that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability outcomes.

  • Structure our market intelligence efforts and disseminate results within the division.

  • Create and deliver presentations to internal teams, translating complex product developments into clear, actionable insights to ensure alignment and understanding.

Your Talents

You will thrive in this role if you possess and demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Communication is key, you excel in clear and effective communication, confidently collaborating with teams across diverse specialties to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.

  • Ambitious and commercially driven: A self starter ready to work in an international fast paced environment;

  • Organized and detail-oriented, you like to manage and improve processes and keeping things on track;

  • Comfortable with using analytical (AI) tools, Power BI, sophisticated Excel and database usage, digital platform usage;

  • You have an understanding of carbon calculations and fuel specifications, enabling you to analyze and apply data effectively in sustainability initiatives;

  • Comfortable in a highly interactive team setting and a contributor to the team atmosphere;

As our new Front Runner you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in sustainability, energy management, environmental, business studies or a related field;

  • 1-3 years of experience in product assisting roles (internships included);

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English;

  • Highly capable of working with databases and the full MSOffice suite;

  • An interest in the energy transition and sustainability.

    Bonus points if you’ve previously worked with carbon calculations, voluntary carbon markets, and fuels!
