As a passionate IT professional at FincoEnergies, your role is vital in managing and optimising our IT infrastructure. You will provide second-line support, collaborate closely with our external IT partner to implement enhancements and ensure a seamless IT environment.

Your impact will extend across all our locations, involving the maintenance and optimisation of terminals, ships, and offices. Whether it's addressing issues with a terminal, a vessel, or one of our offices, you will be the key behind every robust server and network. Your responsibilities as an IT Engineer

• Regular on-site IT inspections at other office locations;
• Maintenance of rules, procedures, and instructions for IT infrastructure usage and decommissioning;
• Troubleshooting and follow-up for incidents in collaboration with suppliers and experts;
• Problem-solving for cloud and infrastructure-related issues;
• Daily monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Your Talents

• You are good at overseeing situations and processes in time with a problem-solving mindset;
• You possess the ability to work independently and show initiative.
• You have experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102 certification preferred) and as a Microsoft Azure Administrator (MS-104 certification preferred);
• You work accurately and carefully, have an eye for detail, and are focused on avoiding mistakes;
• You have good communication skills.

As our new Front Runner you bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in an IT field;
• 5 years of work experience in a similar role;
• Proficient in the Dutch and English language, written and spoken;
• Driver's license B and willing to regularly visit all of our locations;
• Proficiency with Azure Active Directory Domain Services (AADDS) and Azure Virtual Desktop;
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for devices, apps, scripts, and compliance (MD-101/102 certification preferred).
